Cancellation Policy: 20% fee for cancellations made up until seven days prior to the arrival date. Full charge for cancellations made within seven days of the arrival date.
Cabin Rules: No pets, No Smoking, violators will be removed immediately without refund and cleaning charges will be added to your credit card. Subletting (allowing other people or extra people to occupy your unit) is not permitted and will not be tolerated, you will be removed without a refund. Do not bring Bikes, Kayaks, or other dirty outdoor equipment into the cabins. You must leave the cabin as clean as you found it. Any excess cleaning, damages or theft will be charged to your credit card. Guests are required to bring their own bed linens and towels unless prior arrangements are made. Your credit will be billed as Dorobish Enterprises. Your credit card will be billed when this confirmation is signed and received.
